The Dalex aluminium shuttering system is suitable for all types of construction: offices, housing, retirement homes, hospitals and prisons, etc.

The integral prop head (Alphi patented system) ensures safe removal of formwork.

Shuttered concrete thickness up to 82 cm.

Wooden capping

30mm, integral with secondary beams, allow plywood to be attached with 40 mm nails.

Fast rotation of equipment

Only a minimum of equipment required, due to the fast rotation rate: 1 prop for around 3,24 m².

Easy identification

The beams are colour coded, in compliance with the layout plans drafted by the Alphi drawing office.

Simple removal of formwork

The quick release drop head, integral with the ST prop (Alphi patented system) allows the slab to be supported by props while the formwork is removed: alloy structure rotation is faster.

Autonomy working

The simple elements of the Dalex system allow independent working, with no crane action being required. The crane therefore remains available for other tasks.

A broad range of sizes

Beam sizes are compatible with all site requirements. 3 lengths of primary beam and 3 lengths of secondary beam are available.

Flexible utilisation

Primary beams can be assembled together to create a joist.

Furthermore, beams can be assembled on all types of ladder tower.

The light alloy parts used make it one of the lightest formwork systems on the market.
